More ISOball bullshit. Finch needs to start benching people. This needs to be fixed. I tend to put more on players over coaches, but Finch doesn't do anything different. He complains about the ball movement, but nothing is changing. Finch has been talked about as an offensive mind, but his style seems to be just let the players play. I mean cmon. I could do better than Ant and KAT messing around d and then jacking up bad shots. My son and I were talking that we think the Rudy dunk at the end was a called play. What a concept.

What's with these blown leads lately? Are teams figuring us out or are we just getting dumber?

Its pass the ball to Ant.........wait..............wait.........then he either makes a really difficult shot or misses a really difficult shot. Problem is, whenever we gave it to KAT he made a good play last night. But for some reason, him and Ant had to take turns. The reason we hung on was because it was KAT bucket/assist, Ant brick, KAT bucket/assist, Ant brick. If it had been a bad KAT game, we would have lost for sure. Just wish Ant would have some semblance of a realization that he's cold and feeding our offense through KAT was the better option for this specific game. Use his gravity to help KAT get more space, don't just stand there watching him and waiting for the ball.

Years ago Levine and I liked Dinwiddie in the second round but someone just ahead of us took him. I've always liked him but not at 20 mil. No interest in Smith.
I can't think of anybody out there to replace J Mac that's gettable at a reasonable price. I'd trade Shake in a heartbeat if we could.
Monte Morris is the guy. He never turns it over, is reliable of a shooter as there is and will cost much less than Tyus to acquire (and re-sign). Plus he was with Tim Connelly in Denver for 6 years. I think Morris will end up being the guy as well. A combination of Shake and WMJ will get you enough to complete a trade, but push you $16k above the tax. We could throw in someone like JMac or Minott, but I'd propose another trade alongside this. Kyle and Minott to the Bulls for Patrick Williams have any interest to anyone? Kyle, especially last night, has just shown to be completely ineffective offensively and taking a flyer on a young guy who a lot of us liked in the draft may be a good, cheap way to re-purpose Kyle's minutes. I have little faith that Minott will be a guy at this point, so maybe it would make sense for us to take a flyer on Patrick Williams before he becomes a RFA. For Chicago, they could get a veteran presence in Kyle to hopefully help them figure out their issues and take the flyer on Minott, who may just need a change of scenery and a pathway to more minutes. Would keep us $1 mil under the tax, and if I'm not mistaken, we gain the right of first refusal on Patrick Williams in RFA.

What's with these blown leads lately? Are teams figuring us out or are we just getting dumber? We're careless and undisciplined. We are a disaster when times are good so we get over confident and think we can play street ball and be a hero. It's maddening. It's maddening to Finch but he's the coach and has the power to fix it.

It's something that has been part of our identity for years and if it's not coaching, I don't know what it is at this point. The 4th quarter offense is just killing us. It's completely unacceptable that we continue to blow games like this.

One would think the coach can do something?
We have a chance to be a great team if we can conquer this weakness.
Good teams just don't lose in the 4th qtr up big.

I'm not sure that Williams fills a role for us either. With our financial issues, we won't be able to keep him and likely wouldn't have much of a role for him anyway. Hopefully Leonard Miller can fill the same role Williams could.

Kat back to his old ways. 2 for 3 on 3 pointers. I give up. I have zero problem with his shot selection last night. Yeah, I want him shooting more 3s in general, and its been great the last few games where he's really let it rip, but you also have to read the game. From the Canis recap: He scored 27 on 15 FGAs, probably should've gone to the line 5 more times and scored 10 of our 15 points in the 4th Quarter (plus had the key assist to Rudy to lock it up). I don't want him shooting 3s just to shoot them - especially if they're giving him the paint.
