Shooting a career worst 33.9% from the field this year (down almost 12% from last year), 28% from 3.. Dudes in a rut. Do you take him out of the rotation for Okogie, or let him shoot through it?

Tyus could make shots in H.S. and College but can't hit the broadside of a barn here. I though he would improve but I'm doubting it now. Just like Wiggins.
Get him a shooting coach and put up 500 or more a day. He doesn't play enough to be too tired to do it.
If Derek Rose can improve so should Tyus. Let's bring in Rose's shooting coach.
I would still play Tyus because the team functions well with him out there, regardless of his shooting.

Tough call because the 2nd unit is playing great right now and you hate to mess with things if they aren't broken, but Tyus is mostly riding on that unit's collective coat-tail. Personally, I would take him out of the rotation and put in Okogie, because I believe he has earned the playing time and Tyus just hasn't.

Coaching or I should specifically say a coach. Thibs destroys peoples spirit or moral. Heck the one article posted talked about RoCo was encouraging Dieng when he first got here. Some coached may not encourage players but they should at least know when a player is down or upset. Thibs has no clue about this at all.

Yeah, Thibs strikes me as a coach who simply expects a certain level of performance. And if the player isn't living up to that, he just grinds on them more to try and squeeze it out of them. That doesn't seem like a winning strategy when coaching young men who are dealing with stress, newfound money, ladies, family, etc... I'd prefer a coach who was able to use a little psychology to try and motivate these guys, and recognize when they need tough love vs. when they just need some positive support.
