See Beasley, D-Lo, Nowell, Shake.
J-Mac is here because of his contract, and won't be next year.
Finch's style is that small ball prosas one on one junk, we would still be playing without Connelly.

I'd say PB's kind of that player, just sloppy drive and chuck. Thinking of the Memphis series when he thought he was going to take over.

Shake is the only one of the 4 that Finch had any say in acquiring (and the other 3 are long gone). And he's fallen out of the rotation. Also not a chucker. He's a career 4.5 3PA/36. Your dislike for Finch is blinding you. Dude plays the hand he's dealt. Just like when he had AD and Boogie.

Happy he finally leaned into the idea a coach has the ability to give his offense purpose, don't know why it took three years.

How great for Rudy and the team after last season? What a year!

I don't think we're going to find Conley's successor at the deadline this year and think it would be a mistake to move Slo-Mo to try to do so. Would like us to find a volume 3rd point guy, preferably on the buyout market.

I see Utah has made Clarkson available. Seems like the kind of player Finch adores. I don't think we've put Shake in the best position to succeed, as I think he would benefit from being next to a J-Mac type guard in that second group, effectively letting him be a secondary initiator. Clarkson isn't bad but the last thing I'd do Darko is make any kind of player move. Our chemistry is so good now. Let's not ruffle the feathers.

I heard someone mention today that if the Wolves could keep this up we potentially could have candidates for Executive of the year, coach of the year, defensive player of the year and....most improved player: (Rudy). Hadnt thought of Rudy as a "most improved" but if you look at his game from last year to this year....it certainly qualifies. But honestly, I dont think it should go to guys who once were Defensive player of the year, had a bad year, then are back. I should go to people who are better NOW than the ever have been.

Naz Reid as 6th man of the year as well.

It really should not be a "comeback" award, and I would push back on Rudy winning that. But I don't think he has a chance. By boxscore numbers, he's basically the same player as last year. The real difference is what the team is asking of him this year, what the rest of the team is doing around him and his teammates learning how to play with/off of him.

How great for Rudy and the team after last season? What a year! No question this team would've gotten roasted in any of our years past. Duncan Robinson was absolutely lights out in the 4th, had Adebayo been allowed more freedom, they'd have won against any other team in the league last night. We're the real deal now, and it feels damn good!
