Game tied at the half but the bench has a total of 6 pts so far.

TJ Warren looks good out there but doesn't score. Time to look elsewhere I'm thinking.

Nice win and a great 2nd half. Ant and Reid were terrific but Mike Conley was the dagger that had to demoralize Utah. Hopefully Mike is breaking out of his slump.

I think the Wolves took a bit of a chance not playing Rudy but it worked out. I assume they'll probably rest him on Monday also since, unfortunately, we'll be playing Denver the next day after having to fly back from Utah.

Wolves started slow, but did what they needed to get the win in the 2nd half.
Ant, Naz, and Conley carried the team. Really nice games by all of them. Naz was good on the boards. Nice to see Ant splashing 3s. His 3 pt shooting hasn't been great since AS break. Hitting from deep opens up things for everyone. Ant got his 30, but also made the extra passes when needed. Conley is smoking hot from 3 these last 2 games.
Obviously they're working Morris back in slowly. He wasn't moving that well. Hopefully he can get right physically. This year has been pretty rough for him in that regard.
Garza just can't defend at all. He's a fun player and all, but even with the body transformation, he's never not going to be anything but a 5 on D and he just has no hope there to be more than a spot minutes guy on a serious team.
The idea of T.J. Warren makes sense, but he's just not making shots. Hopefully that changes.
Jaden...I guess he just can't shoot anymore. Such a letdown this year from what people were hoping for.

I'm nearing the point of just starting NAW over Jaden. Nearly as good a defender but without fouling as often and he opens the floor by hitting the 3 often.

It’s a bit of apples and oranges comparing them. Jaden gets his minutes against the top scorers every night. And he never has the ball in his hands, so he doesn’t get many shots to get a rhythm for himself. The guy is carrying his weight on defense so they can’t take him out. NAW is very good on smaller guards but they need Jaden on big ones and forwards. Yes he’s in a slump but probably some of it is wearing down with all that defensive effort.
