Teague out again. No update yet on Rose.
Likely win for the Wolves if Rose or Teague doesn't play.
More playing time for Okogie as well.

Fortunately the Pelicans are a pretty bad team - as its the 2nd game of a back-to-back after a stretch of games where our starters have played major minutes. Be interesting to see what KAT has left in the tank for tonight. I've been really impressed with Kat's drive this year...but I don't think he can keep up being the focal point of our offense, our only rebounder and paint protector and play so many minutes.
I think RoCo looks tired. The first half against the Hawks - looked like RoCo had nothing left in the tank
Really need guys who should have fresh legs - like Gorgui, Tyus & Okogie to play well and give Kat, RoCo, etc some rest.

Teams continue to drive the ball all the way to our basket unchecked. I guess Thibs doesn't know how to fix that.

Wow. Wolves haven't swept a road back-to-back since 2011... Before Thibs we had bad players with Thibs we have players but he burns them out.

I'm totally fine with Tyus taking over as starter next season.
...or now...

Did Thibs just call a timeout when we had a 5 on 4 advantage?

Did Thibs just call a timeout when we had a 5 on 4 advantage? He sure did. He threw a tantrum that we didn't guard Holiday on the drive.....but you knew that.

Man, Jrue would be PERFECT starting next to Tyus in the backcourt.

Man, Jrue would be PERFECT starting next to Tyus in the backcourt. They pd him 5 yrs 145 mil. Way better bang for the buck over Wiggins.

Our defense takes into consideration no one will shoot a 3!? Unbelievable.
Is Tyus strutting a bit out there? He's having fun.

Can we fire Thibs now?

We got beat by 10 in the 4th qtr when we needed it.
Towns 28 pts, 17 boards 6 ast, and 5 steals. Another night when he can't really enjoy it.
Come on Glen Taylor, fire Thibs and give us hope again.

That was a disappointing loss. But, I can't really fault Thibs the coach for this one. I think our guys came to play...the effort on the 2nd night of a back-to-back was there. I just think this is what happens when a team trades talent (like Rubio) for cap space. And when we trade a top talent like Butler for role players like RoCo and Dario
Kat is a beast. He needs better guys surrounding him. I feel a KG 2.0 situation developing.
I miss the real Jim Pete....listening to him gushing over Tyus tonight like he is an all-star was painful to hear. I'm sure the team told JPete that he needs to be more positive...but I REALLY miss hearing real commentary and not over-the-top praise because a PG made a good pass.
