It is not that far away. Tons of speculation about what the Vikings and other teams will do.
I just hope we do not give up the farm to move up. Yes, we need a new QB. New England's price starts at 3 first round picks and they want more. Arizona is also rumored to want a ton. None of the QB's in this draft are worth that much. Best fit is Maye. After that it is pretty much players that in other years would be in round 2 or lower, heavy pass on that.

I'd be excited to give up a haul for Maye or Daniels. I'd be fine with staying at 11 and taking either JJ or Penix. I'd need to talk myself into taking Nix at 23.

I am still stunned..... Vikings aggressive to trade up and get players, while not trading away too much. McCarthy and Turner.....
I would have figured we grabbed Turner at 11 and then waited for a 2nd Tier QB at 23.
Turner at 17 is a steal.
I still think the QB's are a bit over rated in this draft. A lot of team needs drove that value up. Penix, Nix and McCarthy all started as 2nd round pick projections.

The 3rd day.... hmmm We have one certain starter in Reinhardt as a kicker. One possible depth player in Khyree Jackson. Walter Rouse is interesting, but there is a reason he is so low. He cannot really play OG at 6'7". He is a swing depth OT and bench/PS role only. He lacks athleticism. 7th rounders are what they are, flyers on players that you did not want to leave for UDFA.
Overall, I think we know that there will be two starters to come from this draft. Reinhardt seems like a lock. Turner I also believe is a lock to be a starter. That leaves the question mark with McCarthy.
